CSCL 2013 Main Conference Registration Rates

Important conference registration notes:

1. You may register at Member rates only if you have paid your 2013 ISLS membership fee. This can be done through the society website: http://www.isls.org/membership.html. 

2. If you are not currently a member of ISLS, your conference registration fee will include a one-year membership in the Society, with one journal of your choice. The CSCL conference administration will inform ISLS about the registration details of non-members after the conference.  The one-year membership with ISLS will be effective for 2013.

3. For participants who have registered as “non-ISLS member student”, you are required to email to us at cscl@union.wisc.edu for a proof of your full time/part-time student status in the form of a valid student card/transcript/certifying letter with information of your institution.  Participants who fail who to provide such proof will be requested to pay the full fee.

4. Accepted forms of payment: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), check, and bank transfer.

Included in all main conference registration fees:

1. All conference sessions June 17-19, 2013 (including opening keynote on June 16, 2013)
2. Conference welcome pack (proceedings, program, conference bag, and conference give-away)
3. Breakfast, morning and afternoon tea breaks, and lunch on June 17, 18, 19.
4. Opening reception on June 16, 2013
5. Beer and Brat Social on June 17, 2013

Not included in registration (can be registered/paid for separately via the online registration form):

1. Pre-conference events (workshops, tutorials, etc)
2. Conference dinner on June 18, 2013.
3. Social events (arranged separately)
4. Hotel accommodations

Pre-Conference Registration Rates

Pre-conference events may have different durations (half day / full day). Please refer to http://www.isls.org/cscl2013/workshops.html for details of the events and their durations. CSCL 2013 participants registering for pre-conference events on June 15-16, 2013 (workshops, tutorials, etc.) will be charged a registration fee of:

Important pre-conference registration notes:

1. Participants may only register for the pre-conference workshops after registering for the main conference (June 17-19, 2013)
2. Workshops may be registered for at the time of main registration or participants can log back in to their registration and add these options on. All workshops must be registered for by June 3, 2013.
3. Full day workshop registration includes: breakfast, lunch, and tea breaks
4. Half day workshop regsitration includes: breakfast and morning tea break
5. No early bird rate is available for pre-conference registration

Registration for Conference Dinner - June 18, 2013

Conference dinner can be added through the online registration form.
