Methods
Credit Card: Accepted cards include Visa,
Mastercard, and American Express
Check (USD only): Checks can be made payable
to: Wisconsin Union - CSCL 2013. Please indicate the
participants that the check is paying for. Failure to indicate the
participant(s) may result in a delay in payment processing.

**Please allow time for checks to be processed and
mailed as registration will not be confirmed for participants with
outstanding checks.
Bank Transfer - contact conference services
staff at cscl@union.wisc.edu
for bank transfer instructions in addition to indicating "wire
transfer" as your payment method on your online registration form. **Participants
are responsible for any fees associated with bank transfers. Please
allow for this when submitting the amount you are transferring.
Registration and payment will not be confirmed for any registration
that is less the amount of the registration fee due to bank transfer
fees.

2. Upon completing your registration, you will receive an
email with all registration details and fees. If you need a detailed
invoice, contact
cscl@union.wisc.edu
3. All pre-conference registrants are required to register for
the main conference. Pre-conference events can be signed up for
after initial registration has been completed by logging back in to
your regsitration account.
4. For any additional inquiries on registration and/or
payment, please contact the conference staff at cscl@union.wisc.edu
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing to cscl@union.wisc.edu by Monday,
May 20 in order to receive a partial refund. A $50
process and handling fee will be assessed to any cancellation made by
the deadline. Cancellations after May 20 will not
receive a refund. **Participants have the ability to cancel
their registration via the online registration site. Participants are
required to email their cancellation notice in addition to the online
cancellation in order to receive a refund if canceling by the deadline.
Participants have the ability to cancel his/her own
regsitration via the online registration form. This will not
automatically refund any fees paid.
